Antique Heart Brooch Aquamarine A beautiful pendant from theA sweet 18ct heart brooch set with a suspended central sapphire and old cut diamond cluster circa 1900 1910. The sapphire is approximately 18 points with 20 points diamonds surrounding it. The pin has a roller ball safety catch and an extra loop if a safety chain is desired. The brooch is 2. 1cm x 2cm Weight: 3. 1 grams
