Simply set your blower on the bottom bracket and pivot the top onto the hang pin, and finish by installing the retaining pin. The blower is secured at the top and bottom and will not move around. Features: Extremely fast in load and unload Locks with a standard padlock Heavy gauge welded steel construction Mounts to open or enclosed trailers Retaining pin is secured
