Winemaker Christina Netzl farms organically and has developed a style driven largely by her independent experiments with minimalistic techniques like spontaneous fermentation, no added sulphites, and minimal fining and filtration. This is the ultimate picnic wine, full of juicy red berry fruit and a slight black peppery spice. This wine is organic, unfined and unfiltered. Pair it with charcoal grilled chicken and
